Terms of Use
Last updated 9 July 2026
By using Algo Arena you agree to these terms. They govern an educational simulation, not a financial product.
Acceptable use
Algo Arena is provided for education and experimentation. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or present its simulated output as real trading performance to others.
No warranty
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. Simulated results may contain errors and the service may change or be unavailable at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Algo Arena and its contributors are not liable for any decision you make based on the simulation. Because no real money is traded, the simulation itself causes no financial loss.
Subscriptions and billing
Algo Arena offers optional paid plans (currently Pro and Team) that unlock higher limits inside the simulation — more custom strategies, more daily backtest runs, more workspace seats and the code strategy editor. Paying for a plan never enables real-money trading: every plan, free or paid, is paper trading only.
Plans are billed per workspace, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor Stripe. Prices are shown on the Billing page before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
Workspace admins can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the Billing page. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated by Stripe. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid features remain available until the end of the period already paid for. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
If a renewal payment fails or a subscription lapses, the workspace returns to the free plan. Nothing is deleted, but content and usage above the free limits (for example extra custom strategies or invited members beyond one seat) may become read-only or blocked until you resubscribe or reduce usage. We may change plan prices or what each plan includes with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
